Everyday monkeytraps: Anxiety

 

1.

I’m scared all the time.

 

2.

I’m ashamed of being scared all the time.

 

3.

Because I’m ashamed I hide my anxiety.

 

4.

When I hide my anxiety it grows.

 

5.

When I hide my anxiety nobody knows I need reassurance, so nobody reassures me.

 

6.

I’m scared all the time.
